The first shipment was thrown in a cake box all together on top of each other which about 30 of a 50 cookies were ruined but the customer service at Beau-Coup is OUTDTANDING they were prompt and courtesy and fixed the problem under tight time restraints I will not hesitate to order through this company again :):):):
