I ordered these fans to use as favors to the adult guests at my 30th Birthday party. I did not want to spend a lot of money since I was giving them away, but I was disappointed that they were difficult to open and close and some had torn paper. Despite my disappointment, I did receive them quickly and I got the exact amount that I ordered. They will suffice for the occasion, but I had hoped they would have been better quality.
