Dear Jenna,

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage to Mr. Hager!  Mom and Dad must be so happy!  Great idea to have a low profile wedding on the Crawford ranch instead of at the White House.  Sure you’re giving up the rose garden, but you’re also losing the paparazzi.  

The Texas sun can be blazing hot in May, Jenna.  It might be a good idea to provide a spot of shade with paper parasols and a cool breeze with pretty, silk hand fans.  Your guests will appreciate them.  For the ranch-style wedding, these mini cowboy hats make the cutest place card holders!  

We Texans love our barbecue.  Your wedding favors should be none other than personalized barbecue sauce for each of your guests to take home.  This lip-smackin’ good sauce will have them yelling yee-haw! 

Most importantly, enjoy this time with your mom.  She’s so looking forward to wedding planning with you.
