Valentine’s day is fast approaching and I’ve been seeing a huge influx of pink weddings. I think that pink is just one of the most romantic colors and it can be universally flattering when you wear the appropriate shade. A pink wedding would definitely make a great Valentine’s Day wedding theme.

Although most brides wear white, wearing a pink wedding gown could be really gorgeous! If you’re not into the pink for yourself, definitely consider getting some pink gowns for your bridesmaids and accenting your groom with some pink touches such as a pocket handkerchief or tie.

For your decorations, be sure to incorporate different shades of pink to mix things up. Add some touches of white for a softer accent or go for bolder hues. For your table settings, you might consider adding some light pink napkins tied with a ribbon or put out some baskets filled with rose petals to hold your escort cards.

Have your florist create a pink wreath with different kinds of flowers and tied with a few ribbons. Accent your chairs with some pink garlands, and you might even want to fill some pink rose teacups with piles of costume jewelry for a whimsical conversation piece.

As for the dessert, serve your guests some pink lemonade, pink rock candy, pink macarons, and top it off with a pink cake accented with some ribbons, flowers, and even a pomegranate. Your guests will never be in a more loving mood!
