  Created in the '30s at Harry's Bar in Venice, this sweet, bubbly cocktail was named in honor of 15th century renaissance artist Giovanni Bellini. Oddly enough, Bellini himself was a despondent Bud man and probably would have substituted peach for prunes.

• Cosmopolitan – vodka, Coiuntreau, cranberry juice, lime juice, lime rind
