I had issues creating a template that I liked because the pre-made selections were fairly generic. The word document for the black template was not cooperating with my computer and I ended up having to have my sister/matron of honor design it, because she is a graphic designer.

I looked in the Q&A and it said it came with a cd with 50 templates. When I got the cd, it came with 8 to choose from, none of which were acceptable for my wedding. I was however able to use clip art and after a minor meltdown was able to make it work. They did turn out nice, but I probably would have bought something else had I known that it wasn't as easy as I was led to believe.
