I purchased these vases as a "thank you" for my florists, who are actually my stepmother and my best friend's mother. They worked so hard planning my flowers and decorations. The vase was a great way to say "thanks" so they may enjoy flowers at home. I also think the smaller vase is more pratical because you can cut flowers out of your own yard and use it, instead of waiting until the next time you are given a bouquet. They loved them!
