3 Simple Steps to completing your self-service return

Find your order in our system with your order number and email address
Follow instructions to process and print your pre-paid return shipping label
Drop your package off at any UPS location

Please note that some products are not eligible for return. These include: personalized, edible, perishable, sample, clearance and special order items. Handmade sachets, and ribbon as well as plants are considered special order items and cannot be returned.
Free and Easy Returns does not apply to orders being returned from International locations (locations outside of the United States) and APO/FPO locations, or orders placed on www.beaucoupribbon.com. International customers, please contact customer service to obtain an RMA number (Return Materials Authorization) within 30 days after delivery.
