My husband is an avid golfer and I held his surpise 60th birthday party at our golf club. This wine bottle stopper was a perfect party favor for our guests as a token reminder of their friendship. We served wine and heavy hors d'oeuvres' prior to dancing, and capped off the night with a champagne toast and birthday cake. I removed the small white ribbon that came on the packages and replaced it with a more generous wire edged ribbon in blue and brown to accompany our color theme. They were a lovely final touch.
