And as the lavender buds are crushed underfoot, the delicate fragrance is released again and again. You can also fill mini glass jars, embossed favor cones or sheer organza bags with these lavender buds to make your own sweet-smelling favors. Eight heaping cups of pure lavender buds (approximately 0.5 lbs.) are packaged in a clear cellphane bag.
