Lucky bamboo got its name from Feng Shui masters who considered the plant a good luck charm, particularly when given as a gift. The hearty bamboo plant represents strength, resilience and good fortune and is a popular motif for Asian themed weddings and events. These beautiful bamboo place card holders will bring peace, serenity and good luck to your wedding reception, or at least make a very lovely Asian-inspired table decoration!
Cut from real bamboo and lacquered, each place card holder is slightly different in shape, size and details just like you would find in nature. Each is approximately 2" in height and has a slit at the top for your place cards. Comes in sets of 12.

I have used these at so many events since I have ordered them. Just try to hold onto the boxes they came it so you can collect them after the event to have for another event later.

I am concerned that these will easily tip over since they are on a tablecloth. I haven't purchased the place cards yet. I may end up glueing the base of the bamboo to a paper card for stability.

I bought these to display the dinner menus on the tables and the couples' drink menu on the bars... It added to the theme and made a great impression on the guests who loved how it blended with the Asian-inspired theme without being overdone or cheesy! It was elegant...
