Product Description

The Midori brand is synonymous with impeccable quality. Made in Japan, Midori organdy ribbon is woven fabric, made using vintage shuttle looms, which are both old fashioned and slow, but create the lightest, strongest, most supple weave possible. The threads used in organdy are finer than the hair on your head, and skilled artisans must hand wrap their looms one thread at a time in preparation for weaving. There are more economical ways to produce fabric ribbon, but the quality difference is one which you can immediately see and feel.

The sheerness and beauty of organdy ribbon make it a wonderful choice for wrapping guest favors and bridal party gifts. Many couples also use organdy ribbon to add the perfect finishing touch to wedding programs, invitations and even chair covers. Available in a wide selection of exquisite colors to match any event. Beau-coup also offers beautiful double faced satin ribbon by Midori.
