Kim Zolciak throws herself one heck of a baby shower

Everyone knows it's totally against custom for an expectant mother to throw herself a baby shower, but we live in an age where most rules are bound to be broken. Kim Zolciak, for one, saw nothing wrong with orchestrating a rather lavish event for herself and her boyfriend, and the results were nothing short of fabulous.


The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star posed with her beau, Kroy Biermann, in a luxurious champagne dress against the glittering ballroom backdrop. With 110 guests, the event was nothing short of a blow-out.

"I put so much time into making it perfect," Zolciak told Life & Style magazine. "I really wanted the baby shower to be special for Kroy, this being his first baby - and a boy."
