Pink's baby shower results in deluge of gifts

Pink got a little more than she bargained for when she had her nearest and dearest come over for a baby shower. According to People.com, the singer pleaded for less gifts and more cake as presents flooded in for her bundle of joy.

"Such an amazing weekend with my family...my mama threw me a baby shower + this bambino already has too much stuff!!!!!!! #morecakeplease," the singer tweeted.

Since this is a dilemma that many women invariably face, we decided it'd be a good idea to come up with creative ways to use the surplus.

The most obvious answer? If you're planning on having more than one child, it's a good idea to store away the stuff you don't need right away, as you're sure to want it when numbers two and three come along.

If you're not so sure, another given is passing it along to charity or to another friend in need. Not that we would ever recommend re-gifting, but that might not necessarily stop you either.

Finally, there's some amount of the equation that we can't really control, so make sure you give back to the people who've been so generous. Getting thoughtful baby shower favors that everyone can enjoy shouldn't cost too much time or money.
