There are some things every party needs. Decorations, of course, can't be overlooked, and you'll require plenty of supplies to ensure your guests have everything on hand. Still, certain shindigs require that you go above and beyond. This is especially true for baby showers, since you'll likely need to plan exciting games for everyone to participate in. Still, this doesn't have to be too hard, and with a little creative planning, you'll have the activities portion of the party sorted out in no time.

However, if you're having trouble coming up with some unique games, here are a few that may help you get started.

1. Baby charades. This is a party staple, but to make it work for your baby shower, you'll have to put a little twist on it. Instead of opening up the game to all topics, narrow the focus to anything relating to pregnancy, babies, or the parents-to-be. After all, there's nothing better than watching one of your friends trying to mime giving birth.

2. Get a little artsy. Almost everyone can draw a baby, but can they do it with their eyes closed? This game involves having participants blindly draw a baby, and the results will more than likely be hilarious. 3. Baby trivia. Everyone likes a battle of wits, but this time around, make sure it's focused on everything infant-related. Questions can relate to historical (can anybody name all the Kennedys?
