Petit fours are bite sized, layered cakes often elaborately and whimsically decorated. Our signature petit fours are made of the finest ingredients, from the layers of moist cake to the hand-piped designs on top. Each layer is filled with smooth butter cream and a bit of jam for a delicate flavor. A thin layer of marzipan covers each cake before it is sealed with a coat of chocolate...truly an enticing treat that will surpass all expectations! Each cake measures approximately 1.25" x 1.25". They are perfect for corporate events, holiday parties and special occasions, as a gift or as favors.

Our signature collection comes in an assorted box of 24 cakes in six delectable flavors with coordinating colors: Vanilla (cream), Lemon (yellow), Apricot (mint green), Raspberry (pink), Coffee (light brown) and Chocolate (dark brown). Four cakes of each flavor come in a box. Two hand-piped designs are available to choose from: swirl and harlequin. You may select a single design or 12 of each.

Flavors included:

• Apricot – This unusual flavor is lightly sweet and tart at the same time.  Covered in a thin coat of lime colored chocolate, apricot will surprise you!
• Chocolate – Layers of chocolate cake, chocolate butter cream and chocolate ganache make this cake a chocolate lover's dream come true!
• Coffee– Light, airy and divine. Don't let the tan color fool you, this combination of milk chocolate coating and coffee buttercream is anything but ordinary.
• Lemon – Lemon filling gives this vanilla cake a kick. Lemon butter cream and a coat of yellow chocolate turn this treat into a bite of sunshine.
• Raspberry – The layers of vanilla cake are accented by the sweetness of the raspberry butter cream and raspberry jam. Pink chocolate coating finishes this petit four.
• Vanilla – The vanilla cakes are anything but ordinary. You're in for a rare treat and an entirely new experience from a classic flavor.

We also offer holiday petit fours which are also great to offer at any event.

Present two cakes to each guest in our small size rectangular embossed favor box for an unforgettable treat. Single cakes fit in the small, 2" square favor box with some tissue paper or other filler.
