I ordered these as favors for my son's engagement party as they are planning a destination wedding. They look great (with the one exception that the white lettering is small and difficult to read) but were very hard to assemble. The customer service rep. I called suggested I use a safety pin to pry of the plastic to insert the printed tag but I had to use a very tiny screwdriver as I broke numerous safety pins and bent paperclips trying to take the top part off. I feel bad for the guests that try to take the top off to put their personal information on the other side of the tag! I'd still recommend them as, when finally put together, they look great!

Great idea, fits perfectly for our destination wedding. Plastic holders are difficult to open. First one I tried took me at least a few minutes to figure out something small enough to open it. Inserts (the personalized part) are just flimsy paper that is printed on. However, even after my frustration of opening all of the plastic holders and placing the inserts, my guests will still have to open them again to add their names and addresses to the reverse side! Overall effect is great, just takes a little bit of patience.

We bought these as a bridal shower favor for a destination wedding. Each one was attached to a little box of candy with a note that said "See you at the wedding!"
Based on the online description, I thought the design was imprinted on the tag. However, it is a card (with the design you choose) that is INSERTED into the luggage tag. The tags and sheets of cards arrived with no instructions. I went online to live chat where the representative kindly got a tag and tried to open it herself. I followed her instructions..it worked but not exactly easy. Also, pay attention to the font you choose. I had only one line of script and it came out kind of generic and bland.
For the money, they are cute. Just understand what you are getting!!
