Simply fill the wide glass vase with water and let the long-lasting candle float freely. The clear glass will be engraved with "Forever in our Hearts... Forever in our Lives" across the top and bottom. A single, full name and date of your choice is etched in the middle (up to two lines; maximum of 24 characters per line). I didn't realize it was too big of a glass to make it look dainty for a memorial glass with a floating candle. But it looked great using it as a flower vase.

The first one I received for my dad was engraved incorrectly, but Customer Service was very easy to work with and ordered me a replacement right away! We bought two, one for my dad and one for my fiance's mom. They will be a tangible reminder of these two very special people who will be missed on our wedding day.

I purchased these personalized floating candle holders as a memorial for my twins I lost 9/29/10. They are beautifully done. I love it, it adds a beautiful touch to our Memorial Table for them.We got them to light as a remembrance to our babies, and also to say a little prayer for them as well.They serve as a constant reminder of the ones we lost and loved more than anything. The etched names are done so beautifully and flawless. I didn't expect a floating candle to be included with the glass and had purchased my own already. We plan on getting all diff types of floating candles for diff holidays and points of rememberance for our two babies. Right now we got a pink floating heart in our daughter's and a blue floating heart in our son's. I'm so glad I got these. And due to our kids names being a bit long , many site that offer similar candles can't fit my names.
