I received this box with a nick on the bottom. I called customer service and they replaced it free of charge and were very courteous. The box is a little smaller and looks a bit cheaper than expected, but will do the job. The wine opener and stopper seem nice and sturdy. It's nice you can engrave a full name instead of just a monogram.
