Buy as a kit with 24 standard paper luminary bags, 24 plastic base tealight holders and 24 non-flickering LED lights—or buy flame resistant bags, base tealight holders and lights separately in sets of 24 each. The non-flammable, reusable base tealight holders fill with water to anchor the bag and can hold tealights/LED lights in three different sizes. The water-resistant, LED tea lights come with an on/off switch and batteries that last for 10 hours. Bags measure 6"L x 3.5"W x 11.25"H. Tealights measure 1.25"H x 1.5" in diameter. Base tealight holders measures 5.5"L x 3.25"W x 1.5"H.
