  I just wanted to send a quick email and thank you for helping me throw the best baby shower ever! I called in a panic as I had ordered items and only part of them came and the others were due to arrive the Monday after the shower. I reached Jacqui and she was AMAZING! She was very nice and understanding, she called UPS for me and found out the tracking was correct that the item would arrive too late and so she took it upon herself to re-route the package back to your facility and reship my order overnight.
