I just wanted to write and tell you what exceptional service I received from Alexis with Beau-Coup. I made a mistake when selecting shipping on my order and Alexis contacted me immediately to get it corrected and get my order processed. She was very polite and professional and took care of the problem quickly.
I was a little worried about receiving my order in time for my event, so I emailed firstname.lastname@example.org yesterday with a request for an order status update. Because of the urgency of my question, I decided around lunch time today to also email Alexis. She replied to me with the information I needed within about an hour of my email, again polite and professional. Just wanted to say THANK YOU so very much for your part in making our special day PERFECT! We were married on March 4, 2009 in Maui. Since it was a destination wedding and we had never been to Maui before, we were a little worried because everything was done via e-mail and phone. We pretty much crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. Time and cost were factors and there was no margin for error.
We ordered the Gable Boxes, Mint Tins, Personalized Tags and the Bride/Groom Carmel Apples. Everything arrived prior to us leaving for Maui, except the Carmel Apples. It was recommended we order the apples to have them shipped 1 or 2 day air. Due to our arrival date in Maui, we had to have them delivered the day of the wedding. Talk about stress! Since we stayed at a small boutique hotel, our room door faced the parking lot. We pinned a large note on the door so that the delivery person could clearly see the apples were to be delivered to our room. They were actually delivered to the room next door, but thankfully, our hotel staff was made aware of the delivery and everyone was on the lookout to make sure we got them as soon as they arrived.
The apples were received just after noon, and in plenty amount of time for us to put the Personalized Label and ribbon on them and have them taken to the reception site. We always knew we wanted to have caramel apples as our favors because we both just love them. We always look for candy shops that sell them whenever we visit tourist spots in different cities. Finding them on your website--decorated as bride and grooms was "icing on the cake" and we had to have them no matter what. I never knew these even existed prior to looking at your website.
Anyway, everything we ordered from your company was of the highest quality and exceeded our expectations. All items arrived quickly and were packaged so beautifully. The caramel apples not only looked fabulous on the reception table, but they were delicious as well. We cannot thank you enough for everything you did to contribute to the "perfect day", from the person who called me first thing in the morning, the day after I placed order to ask questions about our personalized labels. She was super nice. The fact that she called so quickly, after the order placed, to ensure they got our order "just right" made me feel like it was important on your end to get it "just right" too. It also assured me that our order was being processed quickly. These kinds of "little things" really mean a lot when you are a bride-to-be planning the perfect wedding.

I purchased the mini lucky bamboo and had several questions regarding shipping, packaging and delivery prior to placing my order. The customer service agents via instant messaging were very helpful. I then placed my order over the phone and the agent was very nice and helpful and she processed the order quickly.
