Valentine's Day Collection Petit Fours

Exclusively at Beaucoup, the Valentine's Collection petit fours bring decadence and class to a Valentine's Day tradition. These bite-sized layered cakes are made from the finest ingredients and decorated with hearts, or hand-piped lettering that spell out the word "LOVE".

Each petit four consists of layers of moist cake filled with smooth butter cream and a bit of jam for subtle flavor. A thin layer of marzipan covers each cake before it is sealed with a coat of chocolate...truly an enticing treat that will surpass all expectations! Each cake measures approximately 1.25"L x 1.25"W. 

The Valentine's collections come in boxes of 24 and are available in Hearts, or LOVE designs. Each box comes with an assortment of 3 delectable flavors (see flavor menu below):  Vanilla-Orange (cream), Hazelnut (light brown) and Chocolate (dark brown). Our signature petit fours and monogrammed petit fours are also popular for all other special occasions.

Flavors included:

• Chocolate – Layers of chocolate cake, chocolate butter cream and chocolate ganache make this cake a chocolate lover's dream come true!
• Hazelnut – Velvety hazelnut butter cream and a hazelnut paste complements the moist layers of vanilla cake. With light chocolate coating, this petit four is the most sophisticated of the bunch.
• Vanilla-Orange – White cake layered with butter cream. A hint of orange jam makes this vanilla anything but ordinary. White chocolate coating is classic and perfect for weddings.

Packaging & Presentation Ideas

Present two cakes to each guest in our small size rectangular embossed favor box for an unforgettable treat. Single cakes fit in the small, square favor box with some tissue paper or other filler.
