The not so good side of these is that Each item had to be pre-opened of the outer wrap before the wedding as we placed them on each chair. They were not so easy for most of the guest to operate it takes some strength to twist the base to activate. They are Not for the elderly. We did find that a few dozen never properly functioned, Duds! These would work better indoors, as any slight breeze kills the effects. Cute idea, but Slightly bummed. I could have invested my $$$'s on something better. |

However, they have plastic wrap on them (so they don't explode in transit), and I had to ask my future mother-in-law to sit there and unwrap 200 eco-poppers. Q:In the questions section on this page, it states that the white confetti is not water soluble. However, if you go to the page with the colored confetti, it states that it IS water soluble. Does the confetti being water soluble depend on the color? My venue is very specific about the type of confetti that can be used so I need it to be water soluble. Some clarification would be nice.
