Q:Why is it so hard to set how many items you would like to purchase? Every time I set a Quantity number It sets whatever number it wants Leaving me with a high Quantity number which results in a super high price as my subtotal. Why am I having this problem?

Q:How is this wine glass wrapped/shipped? Does it come in a gift box? If not, can gift boxes be ordered?

A:This item does not come with boxes and we do not currently have boxes available of the correct size. They come shipped in a cardboard box with cardboard dividers between the glasses.
