Each one, but they're STICKERS making them easy to apply and sturdy enough for handling. The choice in size is confusing; it asks if you want SMALL or LARGE so I thought the labels would be SHORT or TALL , when really they should ask if you want LONG or SHORT, because my labels didn't fit completely around my bottles :-( But over it worked out fine, I know better next time :-)

my friend commented that you can actually make these labels yourself, but with all the trouble plus the cost of color ink, why bother?? these turned out to be a steal for what i paid, and adhering them to the bottles myself was half the fun :)
