Vanessa Minnillo: Dreaming of a winter wedding?

We know that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo haven't been engaged that long, but it seems as though it might be quite some time until this particular pair officially tie the knot.

According to People.com, the couple hasn't set a wedding date yet, and they don't exactly intend to anytime soon. Minnillo says the pair has just been way to work-oriented to stress about the wedding, and who could blame them when being engaged is so much fun?

That being said, Minnillo said that she's been turned on to the idea of a winter wedding, and not just because it's way off in the future.

"[I saw] a wedding booklet about the Ritz-Carlton weddings that they do and it was a winter theme and it was beautiful," she told the news source. "Something about winter, it's one of my favorite seasons, it's very romantic. The twinkle lights and the greenery and the snow. So that taught me I need to be more open-minded. We'll figure it out."

Winter weddings are also great because they come with their own set of fun winter wedding favors. No other time of the year would allow Minnillo and countless others to offer guests silver snowflake wine bottle stoppers, pine cone fire starter favors or miniature wedding snowglobes.
