    I am professional fundraiser/event planner. I am forever seeking items for donors, parties, special people. Rarely do I encounter a sales person that causes me to pause and send an email on the excellence in customer care I received. Nathan is one of those people that was a breath of fresh air when cyberspace makes you call a customer service rep. I feel so bless to have gotten Nathan on the other end of the phone line. He was an excellent listener, he was quick to explain the issue and took time to seek assistance from a superior to take my quest further. Nathan deserves whatever you give for outstanding customer service. Careful, I might offer him employment on the right coast and steal him from Beau-coup. Nathan is the type you want on your team. Glad he is on yours. BTW, awesome product too...perfect fans for my party.

    All I can say is thank you. That was extremely nice of you!! :) The ones that I used for the wedding were perfect. And my guest loved it so much that I had to have a contest for them to take it home!! It's 10 people to a table and I had 3 candles in a few tables so it turned out good.
