Q:1) Does the box height of 2.75in. include the handles or does that indicate the depth of the box itself?
2) Will you automatically adjust the colors of the design if necessary? For example, how will the colors of the "love banner" appear against a black background, where some of the banner colors are already black?

A:The 2.75" height does not include the handles, it is just for the box itself. If you select black as your background, anything black in the design will be automatically changed to white. Please contact our customer service department if you have any further questions.
