I ordered these glasses for my father's surprise 70th bday party and was worried they would not get here in time. The customer service folks I spoke to were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was guaranteed it would arrive in time and it did. It is hard to find good customer service so they were a breath of fresh air. The glasses themselves are just as I imagined, and better. The inscription is perfect, no flaws, the glass is heavy, it will be a cute centerpiece/party favor. My only issue was that I had to purchase the minimum of 36 when I only needed 20. Overall I am very pleased!
