Q:It says each set comes with 2 engraved pencils. If a set has 12 pencils in it are the other 10 pencils just bank?

A:No, all pencils will be personalized. Minimum order for this product is 2 sets of 12 (equalling 24). This product can only be purchased in increments of 12, starting at 2 sets (equalling 24).
